husband to whom she was married 71 years.
She lived in Nebraska after marriage and helped run Keith's company business along with
raising two children. She lived in Colorado for many years helping to raise three children. In the
early 70's the family moved to Calgary, Alberta Canada and lived there for 5 years then moved
to Cypress, TX but made it back to Colorado in the late 70's. Kathryn and Keith eventually
retired to Rockport, TX and lived there for over 30 years. They came to Colorado and lived next
to their family, which was a blessing that they were so close.
Kathryn and the family loved boating, water skiing, snow skiing, snowmobiling, Camping,
fishing, hunting and many summers traveling in RV's. You name it she did it and she loved to
participate in many water sports like slalom racing and water-skiing tricks. She would also pack
up her three children and take the train from Union Station in Denver and travel to visit her
mom, stepdad and many relatives in the state of Oregon. She was also involved in church
either singing in the choir, singing with her choral group or helping with meals outreach at the
church. She also loved sewing and made many outfits for all of us. She participated in Gwen
and Lisa's horseback riding. She traveled with her husband to many countries, so it was great
that she was able to see the world.
Kathryn was a very positive person and her memory was impeccable. Anyone that met her
called her feisty, but we will always remember her loving spirit and her faith in God.
