It is with deep love and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Linda Harris, a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, great-grandmother, and dedicated nurse, who left this world peacefully on July 28, 2025, surrounded by her family.
Born on March 30, 1948, Linda grew up with a spirit of compassion and determination that guided hert throughout her life. She graduated with honors from Merritt Hutton High School and went on to earn her nursing degree, also with honors, from Front Range Community College.
Her passion for caring for others led her to a distinguished career in nursing. She first served as an Emergency Room nurse, providing comfort, skill, and reassurance to countless patients in their most critical moments. Later, she continued her life's work at Ask a Nurse, where her warm voice and expert advice touched the lives of so many in the community.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Linda was the heart of her family. She was a wonderful mother, offering guidance, encouragement, and unconditional love. As an amazing grandmother, she brought endless joy, laughter, and wisdom to her grandchildren. As a great-grandmother, she cherished every moment spent with her great-grandchildren, celebrating their milestones and filling their lives with love. To her husband, she was not only a perfect wife but also a true partner-steady, loving, and devoted.
Her legacy lives on in the lives she touched, the family she nurtured, and the example she set for compassion, hard work, and love without limits. She will be remembered not only for her professional excellence but for her selfless heart, quick smile, and the way she made every person feel valued and cared for.
Linda is survived by her beloved husband, John Harris; her children, Jeff Harris and Jennifer Pfeifer; her treasured grandchildren, Gage Harris, Malachi Sailas, and Maddison Harris; and her adored great-grandchildren, Adasin Harris, AceLynn Harris, and Wade Harris. She will be deeply missed by many other family members and friends whose lives she brightened.
